There are many different things to consider when selecting a property in Whistler. From budget to size, to proximity to the mountains and Whistler Village, all are important to the process. I will make sure that you see every property that will suit your needs offered for sale in the marketplace today. We will have a chance to view these properties together and determine which is the best fit for you.

Once we have chosen the right property for you, I will prepare a contract of purchase for the Vendor of the property. There are many things that go into making an offer: the timing of the sale, the included items, the price that you are willing to pay and the conditions that you need to satisfy prior to making the commitment to follow through on the sale.

These Conditions are tailored to make sure that you know everything that there is to know about any given property before making the commitment. These conditions will be for the sole benefit of the Buyer and will run for a specific period of time.

Some example conditions are:
  • Building Inspection
  • Financing
  • Reading of Minutes, bylaws, strata plans and financials
  • Receiving Accounting and/or Legal advice
  • Viewing
  • Approving an Inclusion List
I negotiate on your behalf until all terms and conditions are to the satisfaction of all parties to the contract. Once accepted you have a period of time to work on the conditions of the contract before making the final commitment to purchase when your deposit is due in full. Once this occurs the property will become yours upon Completion of the contract.
